some pics of the arboretum in bloom

The lilacs, peonies and columbine were in bloom as well as a few roses.. but I have to go back in a couple weeks to get good pics of the roses.. My folks were visiting for my birthday this week and this day inspired them to take me to Rona to get some plants for my own garden which they planted last night. It's a good start to my front yard embelishment :)
The licacs smelled great but I didn't take pics of them.. here are some of the peonies, columbine and the irises.. gorgeous colors!
