Blast from the past

This past couple weeks I have heard from and seen about 4 or 5 people who I hadn't seen or heard from in over a year or more. It's so nice to get reacquainted with clients who disappeared from view due to a move, financial circumstances or who knows what. It's just been an unusual couple of weeks.. rather special that way.

New clients are great but one of the things I miss about not having a 'square job' is the day to day... catching up on life conversations. It's nice to know how people are doing even if they can't see you.. so if you are a reader of my blog and a previous regular client who can't visit anymore for one reason or another... do let me know how you're doing. It's nice to know you're still alive and kicking.

It's maybe one of our daily issue nowadays. I meet people, when we have parties or due to our job, but most of the time, we keep in touch for a shirt time.
Our society is made like this. We just have to see our behaviours : when we are stuck in traffic jams, we keep our individual behave. We are stressed, we don't want to wait. In front of the computer or the TV, once again, we stay "alone", even if we are with someone else. And once again, something is boring... We just have to change the channel with the remote.
By having these behave in our life, I personnaly think that it changes us, and thus, our relationship.
It's hard to really keep in touch with a friend, but when we do enough efforts, it pays.
